"I came to town for a Military Reunion and shopping. The Dress Shoe collection was Absolutely Fabulous! A large selection and sizes available! That coupled with the excellent Customer Service this crew provided on Saturday 09/23/23, was the highlight of my weekend. Ms Melvina was very attentive to my shopping needs and experience. I have expressed this to all shoe shoppers at Fort Gordon. I will be back!"
"On a trip to Charleston I had found a pair of shoes at Shoes on King, but they did not have the size I needed so she ordered them from Shoes on Surrey. I had lots of issues with the order that came from the Charleston store - but Corrinne was super sweet and was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process and she got me my shoes super quickly. I have no complaints about customer service here- Would buy from this store again."
"I had a similar experience with the same guy mentioned above. I was pretty much ignored and when asking about options to order a shoe, I was told "I don't know" and he walked away to talk to someone else. Customer service was terrible"
"Best sale ever! I was fortunate to find a pair of Frye boots that were over $350.00 on sale for $95.00. Large variety and there were sizes to fit most."
"Terrible experience shopping here. My wife and I had a chance to visit this store and no store associate wanted to help us. The store manager, an African American guy stared at my wife as if he didn't want my wife touch anything and made her feel very uncomfortable. My wife repeatedly asked for help and she got nothing but a stare. Not sure what it is (maybe racial discrimination?). I guess being in a small town like Augusta, this kind of business practice is acceptable (?). Quite confused what year we live in. The store also needs to understand the products they carry are not even high end goods (Tory Burch at best). Maybe they just want to be one but doesn't quite get how to become one. Terrible terrible experience. Not even worth one star."
