"When we arrived at the hotel we were promptly greeted by the gentleman behind the counter and he made sure check in was quick and easy. He was very friendly and personal. He explained everything and made sure to answer all of our questions. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh and the bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need. Check out was just as easy and quick as check in. The location of the hotel is fantastic being only 10 minutes away from the Charleston music hall and had plenty of walkability in the surrounding areas. Next time I visit Charleston, this is exactly where I will be staying"

"Clean, clean, and clean! Everything at this property hit the spot. From the friendly and funny Danny behind the counter to the clean rooms, it was nearly perfect! Rooms had comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, and upgraded features like USB charger ports. Just outside of Charleston but near to everything. This will be my choice of hotel every trip forward."

"I travel close to 325 nights a year. This was the nicest Best Western I've been to in a few years. Starting with the manager Dev all the way to house cleaning, everyone was awesome. The rooms are very very clean and the beds are comfortable. They have a great breakfast with lots of choices. Its a very quite hotel and has a nice pool. I will definitely return and stay here next time I'm in town for work. Definitely worth the money!!!"

"This Hotel is close to downtown Charleston and price wise is very affordable. The room was just okay. A little dated and one of the bedroom bed lamps didn't work but that was no big deal. We stayed one night as it was only necessary for a place to sleep before traveling back home. The room must have had a moisture issue as everything had a ever so slightly wet feeling when we returned to our room later that night . I think for a quick stay this would be a great situation because of location and a great/friendly staff but any kind of extended stay maybe not so much."
