"*Update - I disputed this with my credit card company hoping to at least have the charges refunded but the owner of this local florist lied and said they delivered the corsages to me knowing full well how hard it will be for me to prove that I am not in possession of the merchandise. What horrendous business ethics. I try to shop local as much as possible but situations such as these leave a nasty taste in my mouth. Shame on you!! I ordered and paid for 3 prom corsages over the telephone. The owner said she would try to have them for me during her Thursday (prom was Friday) deliveries or by Friday 2pm the latest. When I didn’t hear from her on Thursday, I called first thing on Friday morning. We made arrangements to meet at 3pm at the Belle Hall CVS but she did not show up. She sent my calls straight to voicemail and asked me to text her which I did but she didn’t respond to any of those either. She charged my credit card for the full amount and she wouldn’t refund me even though I sent her a text saying that I understand that these things sometimes happen. It’s very disappointing when things like this happen!!"

"Ordered flowers to be delivered on Saturday for Mother’s Day. They weren’t delivered until Monday evening and I was given no notice or update that they would be late. The bouquet also looked completely different from what I ordered. Totally different flowers and not even the same color scheme as what was described on the website. This was my first time trying this florist and definitely would not recommend to anyone!"
