"Get rid of Jae! She has an attitude, overprices the items SHE doesn't keep for herself. Previously all donated items had to be put out 24hrs before volunteers could purchase. Now customers don't see half of the donations, but staff leaves with several bags full at the end of their day. This is NOT right. I will no longer shop here or donate my items to THE STAFF!!! Hospice may benefit but they could benefit much more by getting rid of the GREEDY staff"
