"Just left Rose's. Walked in store and got a buggy and asked if store had wipes or hand sanitizer. Cashier stated No and kept on ringing up people. My daughter and I find a pack of sanitizing wipes and put them in our buggy. I get to register and ask her since your store did not have wipes can you not charge us. She says I have to charge you. I ask her how often do you clean buggies and she said We don't. I ask for Manager. She calls the Manager and I say Ma'am, You all did not have wipes, will you waive this fee?She immediately says, Oh no we can't give it to you free. We have wipes behind the Counter. I say, the Cashier would not know that. She says, No she would not. I say, You all don't clean buggies and I have to buy a wipe to clean the buggy because your store did not have them available nor did your store share that You had wipes behind the Counter. She says, Yes you have to pay. Yes Ma'am. We Did pay but never again. Rose's Express, Either you need to do better with cleaning or provide safer measures for your customers. Sad. Sad.. Sad..."

"Door locked ten minutes early. I'm very patient with retail workers because I work it, but I would never lock the doors ten minutes early. One or two maybe, but not ten."

"Boxes of inventory stacked unsafe in aisles. Clothing racks too close together, so you run into the metal shirt racks. Overall layout is chaotic and unsafe."
