"Worst ever . Ordered thru drive-thru told to pull up . Givin wrong order . Received right order got home to find missing to cheese burgers Givin a quarter pounder instead of big Mac. Then wife opened opened her big Mac and a bug was crawling around her burger .. complete waste of money"

"Fries are great. They need a bigger, better burger option. Iced coffee is very inconsistent. (They need to follow the recipe cards if they have any.) Lunchtime service is terribly slow. Every car in the line had to park and wait on food to be brought out to the car. People carring it out were carrying multiple orders causing them to be mashed and mixed up."

"I normally don't do reviews but after constant issues it's warranted. They constantly give out soda that's low on syrup. When asked to change the syrup they give the same soda back without changing the syrup. You can visually see the color is off and they think they can pull a fast one on you. Once they realize you are serious they will change it but it will take 5 to 10 minutes instead of the few they said it would. It should be noted that from experience I know how long it should take and exactly what each soda should look like. I've been tempted to tell them I'll change it for them. Lol Nothing but lame excuses and rarely an apology. Mind you there's plenty of staff standing around to ignore waiting guests at the counter. This happens weekly at this location for the past few months. Speaking to management hasn't helped so maybe a review will help them get back on track because lately I ain't loving it."

"They have a drive thru, but send you to a parking lot to sit for 15 minutes while you wait for your food. If I wanted to wait that long (and pay the sane price) I would go to a sit-down restaurant for a better burger! Guess I will next time."
