"Good price and decent room! But there is a LOT of drug use and dealing going on in the hotels next to it… do not park in the back of the hotel. Front desk people are unique… Breakfast was edible. Waffles were premade and have rocks of sugar in them… Close to shopping outlets was cool. But I wouldn’t stay there again but it was good for a One night stay on a budget!"
"Rooms were starting to show their wear. Bed was comfortable but the bathroom was gross, there were stains in the tub and the ceiling had mold. Problem with AC thermostat too. Everything in the room was worn out. Staff was less than friendly and the complimentary breakfast was out of hot food options early each morning and not restocked. The good part is that its Tanger Outlet location made it accessible to a few good restaurants with good food and good service."

"My son was moving in to C of C and I did not feel like driving 8 hrs in a day (I live near the SC/NC/GA border), so we booked this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised, the room was nice, the decor was nice, it was quiet and the beds were supremely comfortable. Lastly, the service was excellent. We will save this in my Marriot App for future use."
"They may want to consider a re-training course to improve property manager's customer service skill set starting with good listening. This may include reviewing how to have a customer service mindset, outstanding communication skills, conflict-resolution skills, a creative problem-solving ability, and a high level of empathy. I did not stay here. I made an online reservation through the Marriott website under a Member flexible rate that allowed cancelling 2 days prior to check in with no charge. Their system still charged my credit card the moment I made the reservation. This was not noticed until I received the credit card bill several weeks later and after cancelling the reservation 3 weeks prior to check in date. My experience with the property manager indicates severe deficits in all of the points listed above. Nothing I was offered made up for the difficulties I faced in making them correct their $700 error charge to my credit card and how I was forced to resolve the problem myself with 10 (TEN!!!) phone calls to the property and corporate customer service. They did nothing on their own to resolve the situation. Every aspect was steered by the customer. Very poor. (Please note: the property's sales manager was excellent - professional, polite, collaborative. Perhaps she can remind the property manager how to treat Marriott customers.)"
