"Pick any other place. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. Wife stopped in to book a room. No greeting and didn't explain why their rate was $50 more than online. My wife wanted to rent a room but at 130 pm they said they didn't have any rooms ready and their parking lot was empty. We left and went across the street to another hotel. I called the hotel asked to speak to a manager to let them know of the unprofessional service my wife received. Only to find out it was the manager on duty who was unprofessional. Well this one manager cost you a rental and any rentals at this company in the future. I'm a GM in retail and people like this don't need to be in the service industry or a manager period. Terrible service many other places around them to choose from go their. You will get better service. Not a way to be especially when their 10 other hotels around to choose from."

"Checked into room 420. There is rarely anyone at the front counter. First night in the room I started itching really bad while laying down. Woke up with whelps all over. Second night I slept on top of the comforter and saw bedbugs roaming around on the white comforters. I went to the desk at 2am no one is there and when I called and told them I needed to change rooms I was asked why rudely and I stated “you all have bedbugs”, she hangs up on me then eventually came out and changed our room. Second room had no hot water and the lady at the desk said she could just give another room or not charge me for the day if I left out and found another hotel.. didn’t want my family to move again so we left earlier for the airport. No type of accommodation or apology"

"Upon checking into the room, the carpet in the room was damp and smelly. There was mold growing on the lamp shade by the couch. Coffee machine was dirty and I couldn't even imagine trying to use it. Microwave in the room was also dirty and didn't turn. I only stayed one night and everything that I had now has a musky mildew smell. Also including a picture of the couch by the elevator which I told my kids not to sit in since it was so dirty."
