"PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!! Absolutely horrible! The hotel is going thru a renovation but that’s not even the problem, the new Roma are renovated but the beds are not Queen size as states the pillows are the toddler size, the bath towels are dingy and washed out. The TV is 19inchs the hallways are filthy, breakfast was old bananas and outdate yogurt. The key card NEVEE worked they had to let us in our room everytime! We checked out a day early and had to fight for our money and they have the nerve to charge a $100 deposit! There is nothing anyone could do to this hotel to not get a deposit back! We were trying to save some money as we are in the middle of moving but ended up checking out and going to the Hampton Inn by Hilton 2 minutes away! Save yourself the headache and don’t stay here!!!"

"I told front desk that i renewed my room for an extra day then i left the hotel for about 2 hrs . When i came back to ask for my key to be reprogrammed, the man told me i had to wait for his manager .. with an attitude. So I’m confused. I sat there for 30 mins. Once she come, they talked for about 10 more mins. So i see a charge come cross my phone then They tried to falsely accuse me of smoking in the room, charging my card $250 and they kept my deposit. Once all of us went up there and saw that there was no smoking in the room . She point out my backwoods I left on the table… like that’s a big difference.So my issue is that they won’t email booking back to give me back my refund on the room I booked right before this happened. They gave me back my $250. I had to call back for my deposit and now they won’t give up my room money which is almost $200. So yeah. Poor customer service. Then after she lied on me… I’m waiting on my ride. She gone say “you can’t hang out in the here.” Like I wanted to be in yall lobby with my stuff. Girl bye ."

"Honestly I was a bit scared to stay here because of the low rating but overall the rooms are clean and the staff are nice to us and our kids. Bonus we have two fridges in our room! The only down fall is that the laundry room is down because they remodeling the upper floors"

"hotel was sub-par. could definitely benefit from a good cleaning. luckily no bugs our room, but the mini-fridge/freezer portion was covered in mold. pool was closed and breakfast was not great. it’s an okay place to stay for a night but i wouldn’t recommend spending too long here."

"I was disappointed that the pool wasn't open. But the motel is located in a great place for folks that are not local. There are plenty of food choices near and a food lion in walking distance. It's under construction so it's a little dusty, but all in all it's a great place for the night. The lobby lady was amazing and so helpful. And if the owner sees this the lobby lady needs a raise! She's amazing!"
