"Employees are very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Bedspread was torn and could use replacing. Unfortunately, the lobby is being remodeled along with the dining room and pool (closed), too. Breakfast was set up in the hallway, and we needed to take our food back to our room to eat."

"Worst Hampton Inn I have stayed at. Pool was ouy of order, fitness center was in a closet, half of the machines didn't work, thermostat in fitness center did not work, no towels ever refilled, ceiling collapsed in fitness center. Oven not working in hotel so no hot breakfast. Never again..."

"Main reason for picking this hotel was based on the indoor pool(which we found out was in a basement like area of the hotel) and jacuzzi pictures for my family(especially my 3 kids). Hours posted were 09:00AM to 10:00PM but the first day we stayed there it stayed closes until 3PM and the following day we were told it would stay closed all day by the front desk. There is no jacuzzi there at all anymore. Mini fridge did not have any way to adjust the temperature inside which frooze all of our things inside. Ths main things that were nice was the breakfast which had options between hot and cold items to eat along with our rooms being quiet and not having bumpy next door people. Recommend those with kids to not let the indoor pool be the reason for picking this hotel."

"Friendly staff that was welcoming and helpful. It was a nice surprise to be called by the front desk to make sure everything was good in the room. Checkout was easy and other employees (besides the just one checking us out) spoke and acknowledged us."

"Very basic hotel, don't expect anything fancy BUT it was clean and I appreciated that. The staff was pleasant except for that one woman with the brightly dyed orange hair that works at the front desk. They should assign her to work behind the scenes because she doesn't appear to like people. Not the right personality for working in the hospitality field. The lady at the breakfast area was phenomenal. She kept the counters and tables clean and restocked everything quickly. The custodian staff were also great, they kept the lobby spotless. Overall it was a great stay."
