"On time, professional, and very caring and thorough. Best eye doctor EVER!"
"Good eye care is more than the eye exam. It often includes replacing scratched prescription sunglass lenses, tightening a screw, an expedited request just before a trip - and Crystal and team always come through in a very friendly and helpful manner!"
"I’ve been a patient for 16 years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Over the decades that I’ve worn contact lenses, DI Eyecare is absolutely cutting edge in terms of products offered as well as prescriptions. The office is well run and all of the practitioners are excellent."
"Daniel Island Eye Care saved our honeymoon!! We were in Charleston on our mini moon and my husband left his contacts and the last few he had broke. Daniel Island Eye Care was so helpful and gave him samples to get by. They were so kind when we came in and had them ready to go for us. We are very grateful to their kindness and willingness to help! Thank you!!"
"I saw in the reviews that the great ones seemed to be fairly vague or general in nature, and the bad ones were fairly explanatory. I scheduled an appointment and the front office staff was super friendly and got me an appointment the same day, and collected my basic demographics. I didn't have my insurance card with me at the time, but the lady on the phone said I could just bring my card with me at the appointment. I'm glad that in-between that time I took a moment to thoroughly read the reviews, which many (including the positive ones) said there were additional fees besides the co-pay. I have great insurance that allows me to have all yearly vision exams for $10, so I didn't plan on paying anything more than that. I decided to call the desk lady again and sure enough there were additional fees besides my insurance, including a retinal exam for $34. A retinal exam... For those that don't know, retinal exams are literally part of the yearly eye exams that most optometrists cover in your visit as part of your co-pay. I cancelled the visit because I didn't feel good about the shadiness, but overall the front office staff were very friendly."
