"I have never been to a doctor's office that is so responsive. Dr Cunningham it's a godsend, and goes out of her way to make herself personally available between visits. For the first time, I feel confident in my medical care. Most sincerely, thank you."
"I wish I could give 0 stars. I went in for an appointment yesterday. He (Dr. Joseph Mctavish) spent a total of 10 minutes with me and did nothing but fat shame me for the duration instead of actually going over my symptoms. Leaving this appointment I was completely distraught. My symptoms were spent under the rug! Advising a patient to “eat fruit and walk and you’ll be okay”. The pain that I experience only on one side of my body is not from weight its nerves. Completely unprofessional and the worse bed aside manner I’ve ever seen. He made no attempt to offer real solutions or ways to ease my pain on the bad days. I will be definitely be looking for a new doctor. Ladies please find someone else to treat you."
"Lazy staff, called looking for a specific doctor, spelled out their name only to be told “we don’t have a provider by that name here” tried a different number only to be transferred to the very same receptionist and this time somehow the provider was suddenly in the system this time. This is embarrassingly bad. Based on the other reviewers it doesn’t seem the doctors here are any better."
"Horrible experience. I was sent here by my primary care doctor after having bloodwork done, even though my bloodwork was normal, my doctor thought my symptoms were concern enough to visit a rheumatologist. The doctor I saw did not listen to me, and tried to tell me that my symptoms seem unrelated even though they have all just begun and worsened rapidly in the past 6 months, when I was a fairly healthy person before. The doctor I saw here did not think it’s an issue in her field, which is okay, but did not have anywhere else to offer me or other ideas of what could be wrong with me. She basically just told me to follow up with my regular doctors, which doesn't make sense, because every doctor I’ve seen has told me to try rheumatology because of the way my symptoms sound. Besides being unhelpful, the staff and doctor made me feel uncomfortable and it was overall one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any doctor’s office. Update: I’ve since been able to get in with doctors specializing in EDS after my physical therapist suggested I may have hEDS and now I have been diagnosed with hEDS. Dr. Grace Suppa was the rheumatologist I saw here and had a horrible experience with and she noted that my wrists seemed hypermobile but didn’t suggest that I look into hEDS, if she hadn’t overlooked that and let me leave her office without any direction maybe I could have been diagnosed earlier."
"Dr. Zollars was visibly annoyed with me because I hadn't seen him for 2 years. He didn't bother to ask why. My insurance changed and he is not a provider on my current plan. I explained that to him and I would be paying for that visit out of my own pocket. He didn't change his attitude towards me and I asked him to stop being so arrogant. He said "This appointment is over. Nobody calls me arrogant. I can't treat a patient unless we have a good doctor patient relationship." I told him that he screwed up the relationship by being an arrogant person who is treating me so poorly. Needless to say, he tried to charge my insurance company for $275.00. He said that was half of his fee. I urged my insurance company not to pay him. The day of the incident I called them and told them exactly what happened. Bottom line: he got his $275 for doing absolutely nothing! If you choose to see Dr. Eric Zollars, make sure to act like he is God. He likes it that way."
