"I loved the doctors and nurses. But the wait time was ridiculous I waited 2 hours for a 10 minute consult. Seems like MUSC doesn’t care because they just want you to call the number when it’s several reviews on here about the wait time. If I did not have to go to work I wouldn’t mind, despite the wait time I am pleased."

"I genuinely do not understand how patients are willing to wait over an hour to be seen for routine exams. After waiting for an hour, the RN came out and let me know they are backed up and will likely be an additional wait, after I was told I was next several time. They had to wait an hour to tell me that? My time was wasted, and I even had my copay refunded. Don’t waste your time at this clinic. Never saw Dr. Meyers, and will never return. Inexcusable, the more inefficient doctors office I’ve ever been to."

"The wait times are absurd. If an appointment is cancelled after not showing up for 20 minutes for a patient, why is it acceptable to make patients wait over 1 hour to be seen? I had to wait 1hr and 30 minutes to see the doctor. 30 minutes is pushing it, an hour an half is laughable. And by the way, it wasn’t just me - EVERYONE in the office had a ridiculous wait time. Do not go here, find a different ENT practice. Annoyed that I spent half my day in an office to be seen for 5 minutes for a routine exam."

"Similar to the last review, MUSC is an in-network hospital but the doctor is out of network and charges based on his network which leads to out of pocket costs. Its incredibly misleading, shady, and feels borderline fraudulent. The service itself was fine, but buyer beware. Make sure you clear all costs with your insurance company before you check in for your appointment."

"First of all the wait time was unreasonable. My main complaint is about billing. I have seen other ENTs and everyone charged me just my copay for the office visit and hearing test. Here, they ran the hearing test through as a hospital service so I had to pay almost 300 extra out of pocket for the the same service anywhere else. Trying to speak to anyone about it was of course useless. I will never get ripped off by this place again. Beware."
