"On the last several visits after moving to their new office, I have had nothing but terrible experiences. The most recent visit when I went to check in, the front desk person told me to wait and slammed the glass window shut. I sat there for a good minute waiting for him to reopen it and check me in, but he didn’t so I sat down in the lobby. When he finally decided to check me in, I said my name across the lobby. He gave me a rude look and said I would need to come up to be checked in. When I walked up I commented that I had been up there to check in but he shut the window in my face. He just turns away to look at the computer and mouth “wow” when I was standing 3 feet in front of him. The entire check-in process was handled by someone who needs training on how to be courteous and assist patients. This is the second time I have come to the new location and has similar treatment. I’m not sure that I want to continue at a practice who has such little regard for their patients."

"The front desk personnel needs some training on people skills, they are the first person a patient interacts with and the professionalism wasn’t there at my visit. The doctor and nurse were great, had a decent experience with both. Not sure if the front desk relays any messages to the doctor, after several attempt of trying over two weeks I left a message on the nurses line and got a response 4 days later which was to late. Very disappointing!"
