"Ashley Blasi is a great doctor. She truly cares about your concerns and what you have to say. Her nurse on the other hand is a whole different story. I called the office stating I got off work late and would be 15-20 minutes late to my 1:15pm appointment. The person on the phone said that is ok because you get “AROUND” a 15 minute grace period. I show up 16 minutes later at 131. The front desk receptionist, was very nice, understanding, and asked if I called the office to let them know. I informed her I did. Then I am rudely confronted by the nurse that I will have to reschedule and come back. I informed her that I was 16 minutes late and was within the grace period. She told me I was not in the office at exactly 130 when she came to get another patient and that I was wrong. (Which I was not as I looked at my watch when I basically sprinted into the building while pregnant so I would make it on time.) The nurse is saying all this with a voice towards me like I personally offended her by trying to correct her and let her know I made it in time. Safe to say Mrs. Blasi’s nurse needs an attitude adjustment."
