"I understand it's a free clinic. But that is no reason for being negligent. My sister went in for a regular monthly OB check up. Her feet were extremely swollen at 6 months pregnant with her first pregnancy to the point that she could barely walk. The nurse was the only one concerned and went for the doctor. The doctor took one look and said that "it was normal". He didn't try getting any type of test done. Not even a urine sample. Not even a month after that check up my sister went in to the emergency room because of pain. They did an ultrasound at the ER and they told her the baby had no heartbeat. They ran tests and she came back positive for preeclamsia. She trusted the doctor and this clinic. And they both failed her."

"Was scheduled to come to this office a few months through my nurse for a urologist specialist, was never able to get anyone on the phone. Fast forward 2 months later still can’t get anyone to pick up their phones."

They have events where they bring vaccinations to people, and they also deliver food to families, clearly showing that they understand the transportation problems of the people they serve.
