"Had my first appointment today. I had to reschedule multiple times because I couldn't make it and the office staff was very patient and helpful. It Has been years since ive seen anyone and wish i wouldnt have waited so long. I look forward to continuing my therapy here."

"My husband has had a horrible ordeal with this office and I’ve never been more disappointed in a mental health professional in the 25 years+ I’ve been alive. When my husband first contacted this office, it took quite some time to get a response. When he did get a response, he was told that they could not find an insurance policy for him even though we have active insurance. After he said that he used our insurance week before the office magically said that his insurance did, in fact, exist. They also told him the name of his doctor and that his policy was covered. Well, today, they decided to inform my husband that upon further investigation with their claims department that they are not accepting Marketplace healthcare plans at this time. I personally feel like that alone is disgraceful for this kind of office, but the fact that it took them three weeks to figure this out is truly unprofessional and sickening. I do not think this is an office that prioritizes mental health, but rather an office that prioritizes the almighty dollar. If your loved one is experiencing serious mental health issues, please seek assistance from an office that will take you seriously and not this place."
