"I was under there care during my second pregnancy they are the worst and the doctors are incompetent! The nurses are ghetto and unprofessional . And absolutely nobody listens to my needs . I had it with this doctor office . I see why they have malpractice lawsuits against them , they are terrible ."

"I went in today strictly to get an iud. I had already had a consultation in reference to the device and was told by my insurance that the iud is covered at 100% no deductible and no copay. However, if I had questions the office can charge me my obgyn office visit copay which is $20. After arriving at the office I was told that I would have to pay way more than my copayment (patient responsibility) for the service to be rendered to me. I had already took off of work and after rudely being told that I had to make the payment before 15 mins after my appointment time or I would need to reschedule, I went ahead and made the payment. I then asked for them to call my insurance to verify my benefits so I could be reimbursed for the overpayment. Natalie ( at the front desk) stated they only go by what’s online and do not call insurance companies to verify. The resolution was that I had my insurance contact them to state my correct benefits and copayment. However, now I have to wait on the claim to be filed by the billing dept, my insurance to process the claim and another 4 to 6 weeks after that before I can be reimbursed through a check in the mail. I love my doctor and the nurses and are very sweet and helpful but this office would GREATLY benefit from some different protocol and personnel at the front desk."
