"Never knew this urgent care existed before. I'm am sooo glad our family doctor referred us here! My husband's knee swelled up like a balloon the other morning. After calling our family doctor, she immediately referred us here. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated with kindness, respect, and compassion by the lady at the front desk and again by the nurse, radiologist and the PA, James. James was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us, answered any questions we might have and got the job done while being compassionate to the pain my husband was in. I can't say enough about all the people here except where we're you all the times we needed an orthopedic doctor!? They are the Midlands Best Kept Secret! Both my husband and I walked out of there happy, content, and feeling like we were cared about. Apparently, they have 3 locations to choose from. Anybody that needs immediate orthopedic care truly needs to know this establishment exists!! Thank you to all the wonderful staff members that made our visit one of the best doctor visits we have ever experienced!!!"

"I saw Michael Richards on October 2023. A little on the sarcastic side. Told him about the pain I was having in left leg. In my record he indicated lower back pain. X-rays were taken. I was given a prescription for prednisone and a muscle relaxer (which was not needed). I have sciatica problems. Prednisone helped for a couple of weeks but pain returned. I requested a refill on prednisone and was denied. Asked for suggestions through MyChart and have not received a reply on managing the pain. That was around December 18th. Will never go back to Prisma Health. Waste of time and money!"

"I was seen by a PA within an hour of arriving. He was friendly and gave me a cortizone shot. My first ever. It really helped with the pain for a week. Alas it wore it off. So I made a follow up appointment with a doc. Having a walk in clinic is great. The staff is very friendly."

"This office was amazing! I was seen very quickly and was home within an hour. The doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took X-Rays and examined me and determined the cause of my pain very quickly. Mike suggested a cortisone shot to help with the pain. I agreed and the procedure was fast and painless! He talked to me the entire time to keep my mind of the injection and used freeze spray to minimize pain. Overall a great, hassle free, experience and I am so happy that they were able to find a solution for my pain!"

"Lexington location: Don't do it! I was being seen for a car accident which when you tell them that they are very quick to say we don't do insurance claims! And then proceeded to tell me it's because of insurance fraud. Anyway avoid Chelsie Ingram if you can! She's rude, snarky, and belittling. I kept pointing to my mid back and she repeatedly told me I wasn't using the correct medical terms. After a few mins of her correcting me when I'm only pointing to my back- I said I'm sorry, I'm not a medical professional and this is just where it hurts. She then told me I was "catching an attitude with her." When I started crying from that uncomfortable interaction, she said, "what" I then asked to see someone else as she made me feel uncomfortable. She told me there was no one else there and that it's just whiplash, but when telling me that she said, "are you familiar with the term whiplash? Do you know what that means?" She said that right after I told her I wasn't a medical professional. The comment was distasteful and belittling. I apologized to her even though I shouldn't have but she continued to be rude. She lacks compassion and people skills. What a waste of money! I have yet to find a PA who is nice! The only positive was the pregnant lady who did the X-rays she was very nice. But I will never return here!"
