"This is not a walk in clinic, you have to schedule ahead and they are hooked 3 to 4 days ahead."
"Absolutely atrocious this minute clinic had us scheduled for 1p for possible strep throat for my 11 year old son, the lady in the first office said we didn't have an appointment I then pulled up the confirmations I have via text and I have one via email with address and time/day attached. After showing this she said well I don't see it so nothing she can do while my son with a skin rash and strep throat is sitting behind me then she gets very rude and I don't remember the words but essentially it amounted to sucks to suck then as a resolution we had to wait an additional hour to be seen with a potentially contagious illness in a public area which was suggested by the provider that intervened in the conversation."
"I assume I was dealing with the same “Sarah” that others are complaining about as well, but I didn’t see her name tag. Yesterday, as I was dealing with an allergic reaction on my eyes, I came in without an appointment. As it advertised walk ins, I didn’t know to make one but that was more on me. I also am aware that I came in right before closing, as it was the only chance I had that day. I knew I would probably not be seen and that was fine, I just felt that it didn’t hurt to ask. Well, evidently it must have hurt to ask this lady, as she essentially put me on blast in front of everyone there. She very loudly and very condescendingly explained (dumbed down, rather) to me (as If I didn’t already know) that the doctor would not make an exception and stay later for me and emphasized especially because I didn’t have an appointment, and “that’s just how it is” (her words). I understood the situation and she could have just politely refused me, but she instead chose to essentially berate me in front of others for not having an appointment. I understand not liking your job, but taking it out on people who need help is not professional or kind. My eyes were already red and swollen and just being there like that was embarrassing enough, on top of feeling bad, and her being loud enough to draw stares from everyone around made my day significantly worse. She continued on as I was trying to end it subtly and I was finally able to make my getaway. The experience was very jolting given my already bad condition, and I ended up crying in my car for about 10 minutes in the parking lot, thus making my eye rash worse. Will not be coming here again. The wait at Urgent Care is probably more worthwhile."
"The ladies who works back there and very rude and unprofessional. One of the women asked me if I had an appointment and I said yes, but I couldn’t remember the time. She laughs in my face and says “how are you here if you don’t know when your appointment time is”. All she had to do was look up my information and she would have seen my appointment. I will not be coming back here. I was feeling sick and to come in a have to deal with unprofessionalism put a bad taste in my mouth. Please hire staff members who are friendly and empathetic."
"I give this clinic an outstanding rating because my needs were met and the NP was very respectful. A customer came in after myself and another patient. He started logging and we both told him it was a line but he ignored us and continued to sign in. The NP told him the same thing but he ignored her as well. The NP took the patients in the order that we arrived at the clinic. Very professional Sarah Riley (NP)."
