Realizing how busy they are it simply meant so much more to be heard and valued."

I saw Elizabeth for the first time n she was very dismissive of my concerns, she opened the door & greeted me with my diagnosis n said that she sent my prescription over to cvs without even asking details of what was wrong with me, absolutely no real concern! I never felt so small & unheard by a doctor until today! She will never see me again!"
