"Mrs. Johnson did my taxes in February, she gave me a copy of the work that she did. I reviewed the paperwork and realized that the year was incorrect. I returned the file to Mrs.Johnson and she admitted that she had the wrong form. She informed me that she would re-do it...I kept checking back intermittently, (about 6 times) but Mrs. Johnson could not locate the file. I even took her lunch... I was scheduled to go on vacation in April so I checked in when I returned in May. Mrs. Johnson told me at that time that she found the file and sent the paperwork to IRS, however, she could not locate the file to give me a copy... I said what about my signature, Mrs. Johnson said "I signed it for you." I waited another month, when I went back Mrs. Johnson asked me to have my employer fax the W-2 forms to her. Okay, you lied to me and it's been 4 months, I told Mrs. Johnson that she was not professional, not to mention the work was shoddy and she is unorganized. I also told her she should advance my monies because it was her fault that she did the work incorrectly, then lost the paperwork and lied about the paperwork being done. She called the Sheriff's Office and said she felt threatened...LOL, your classmate Janice Summers for whom you have been doing taxes for a number of years... I'm your friend, but I paid you to do a job and you didn't come through. You need to rescind the threatened issue, do the job you were paid to do and you can still be my friend but I will find someone else to do my taxes... Your friend, Janice"
