Coastal Kids Dental & Braces - Walterboro

"Being new to the area of only a year, I’m pretty skeptical about going ANYWHERE in Walterboro.. I typically choose the hour drive to Summerville/ Charleston over anything in Walterboro. Well, I needed a pediatric dentist office for my one year old to start going to. I asked my pediatrician- Sweetgrass who they recommended and they didn’t really give any specifics other than it needed to be pediatric. Well, I gave this place a shot. The doctor was more than amazing with my baby. Again, she just turned one so I was expecting this appointment to be a nightmare. She did not cry or fight the doctor that looked at her teeth, the lady that cleaned her teeth was very hands on with my baby, and made It a more than pleasant experience for her. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a pediatric dentist office, especially if you’re like me and extremely skeptical about anything in this town!! Thank you again!!"

"Very unprofessional environment lacking empathy and the ability to assist patients needs. Relies to heavily on technology for patient information with the inability to manually do anything or lack of knowledge. The lack of accountability taken by the office manager spoke volumes to how this practice is ran. I should not be standing at a receptionist desk waiting for assistance and have to hear a staff meeting. Apparently according to the staff meeting this office can't even keep track of x-rays to the point they have to have a staff meeting after 8am after opening the doors late to address the issue. I'm glad I heard this meeting though reassured me on walking out that door. If you can't keep track of patient records, properly label x-rays why would I trust you with my children?"
