"This is the worst insurance agent service I have ever received. I asked for guidance and after speaking with the agent and answering a few questions after a no-fault accident, he asked me to call his specialist in the office. After not knowing who I should call she told me "once we submit the claims, we no longer handle it". This is the first time I have had to handle a no-fault business accident and this specialist was clueless. To be fair, their insurance was the cheapest, but obviously, you get what you pay for. I would not recommend them for trucking insurnace."
