"I’ve been a patient of Dr. Smith’s for a few years now and can’t recommend this practice enough! The schedule books quickly (which speaks to how many patients keep coming back!) so I always book my next annual exam before I leave for the day. I’ve never spent more than 45min there, including the day I had my iud out in. The staff is very friendly, efficient, and professional, and Dr. Smith does an excellent job and has a great bedside manner."

"I was told I could get my IUD in when my cycle started….LIES!!! Called 7X in one DAY leaving voicemails to Dr John moore’s nurse Melissa to call me back-NO CALL BACKS!!! Then I go and talk to a “supervisor “ Kenya and she isn’t no help neither! I would NOT recommend this place unless you want to wait 6 days before a return phone call—-Dr Moore obviously needs a better nurse and staff What a WASTE!"

"Cut me and lied about type of hysterectomy he gave me. Said he left ovaries etc. 13 years later none of this is found. Where are the coils from the essure? This affected my essure settlement. You never put the removal in the notes or pathology report. I didn't need a complete hysterectomy and cervix removed cause he said to prevent cancer. We are born with cervixes! Trying to destroy black women. Melissa I'd a Unvle Tom who is fooled too."

"Well I'll start here I had serious issues need a hysterectomy couldn't get anyone to see me and 1st call to doctor John Moore he got me in the door! Very perfesonal and his nurse gave me great treatment I feel like a new person and surgery was yesterday. I would highly recommend him over any doctor who does this work.he took amazing care of me from the start! I never do reviews ever but this one I had to get out there for anyone who needs a great obgyn see him 45 yrs plus experience!"

The staff are always quick to respond to any request you have. The mobile app is amazing and you can send messages through the portal with quick responses. I have never had to wait for a long time.
