"Love Dr. Roland. She's wonderful. Unfortunately, after years of going to Specs, the office support and our experiences in the past couple of years have not been good. My contact orders are inevitably always messed up, and my family's also experienced issues with glasses being broken by the repair company we wound up paying for, mix-ups on appointments, prescriptions, and equipment being down, causing us to go to another doctor just for a test. The current staff always seems to make it out that many of these things are "our fault." So I guess we'll take our faults elsewhere."
