"I hate doing this but it’s the principle of it. I have never had a problem with this office until now. This review has nothing to do with being upset or angry. I was told by the assistant who was to assist Dr Simonds and also by Dr Simonds himself, that I would not be charged an office visit for the day when I made the decision to not have any work done because they could not tell me what I would owe out of pocket after insurance. When I’m told I will not be charged and then you charge me…not cool. Bekah, thank you for everything you’ve done for me. You’ve been the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. You are the only reason why I’m giving two stars."
