"I was searching for a dental office on Google and carefully reading through the reviews I am fairly disappointed with the response from the office. I am not sure if the responses are from each patient review is from the office manager that many have complaints regarding her. I am sure this isn't anyone responding with a high education level. As a professional myself I would NOT recommend any of my patients or staff this way. I agree this office need a re-evaluation on how to treat patients. If you would like to take my course on professionalism please let me know and I will reach out as soon as possible."

"I had work done from here almost 5 years ago for a filling on my lower left tooth #18. The Doctor was a older black lady with dreads and she was the worst doctor I’ve ever been to. I want to start off by saying I have never cried at a dentist appointment before from pain, She gave me a numbing shot of course because I was getting a filling but she gave me the really big needle one, the one they give AFTER they give you smaller ones to help the pain from that big one. Completely unprofessional and clearly inexperienced. Then she covered TWO of teeth in stead of just the one she was doing but didnt cover the sides so food would get in from the sides but i couldnt floss because she cover the top of both. Now I needed a root canal because of HER mistake and terrible job. I should sue. Never EVER go here!!!! They will just make your mouth worse!!"

"Worst, had work completed by this dentist at this office over three years ago and was told that the entire balance would be billed to my insurance and that my insurance had already approved the amount and that my portion or responsibility was zero dollars. I’m now getting letters in the mail from this office basically harassing me and when I tried to call and speak to somebody they tell me they’ll have somebody call me back the next day and nobody ever calls and I have gotten to the point where I am done holding my breath waiting for somebody to help me. I’ve already made my health insurance company aware of this and they are unhappy about it as I am and they can’t get any response from this office as well so my advice is unless you’ve got tons of money and you can afford to pay out of pocket, don’t go here. Dr. Ojimba was amazing and so kind, but I feel as though I was lied to and mistreated in regard to the assurances the office gave me that my dental insurance would cover my dental work 100%."

"Three women at front desk and two of them were laughing so loudly it was unprofessional work behavior. My dental tech abused my teeth. Sure she cleaned them but she hurt me more than anything and m teeth are healthy. My gums are sore. Still waiting to se the doctor. A tv is on in every room she kept watching tv and turning her head to see what was on the tv while cleaning my teeth. The tv was so loud it’s giving me a migraine while listening to other people getting their teeth cleaned and all the tvs playing in the other room and listening to all the buzzing, and the pinging made at the front desk. I asked her to turn the TV off and she just muted it and turned it to a different channel even though nobody was watching it."

"Amazing service! Dr. Ojimba is one of the best dentist i have ever had! She is so sweet, very knowledgeable, and walked me through my entire processes. I have came on multiple visits and have had exceptional service every time! The assistants are knowledgeable and helpful, Vera always makes sure to give me the best advice and helped me save time and headaches!"
