"I have been to this pediatric urgent care several times and each time I have had an excellent experience. Check-in is easy, the staff is friendly, the doctors/nurse practitioners are thorough, professional, and compassionate. The facility is clean ! They have complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea, and goodies for the kids toward the end of their visit. And to all my military spouse mamas, they do take Tricare ! I come here often because it’s next to impossible to get a same day or even next day sick appointment on post. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care."

"I always have bad anxiety when my daughter isn’t feeling well. But the experience from the phone call prior to arrival and coming into the facility I felt so welcomed and everyone was so nice. Not only to me but to my daughter as well. The nurse was extremely patient with my daughter because she gets very tense whenever anyone comes near her but she was super nice and let her talk her head off. Usually people complain about the wait but now reflecting back the wait was faster than the ER so I am very grateful. And the doctor was extremely pleasant as well and got me out of there fast. She relieved all of my stress and all in all it was a successful trip especially it being our first trip to an urgent care. I am so grateful!"
