"Will not answer the phone or call back just drive there if u need to speak with them won't electronically refill prescriptions unless by a miracle they answer the phone and u Badger them constantly"

"I would not recommend. There is no compassion, respect or loyalty to patients that have a history with the practice. The office staff changes consistently and getting follow ups for referrals to specialist, sending orders to have test or scans needed or lab results are very problematic. I definitely will be searching for a new primary care physician."

"This facility I wish I could give zero stars to will be moving from this primary care facility immediately .Had the nerve to charge me a co-pay to speak with a doctor about fmla papers that’s all my visit was about. Charged me for absolutely nothing. Along with discussing fmla from a previous visit that became unknown to this office. How for the life of me it was not documented. No one for weeks never communicated with me. Never again will I use this facility."

"I received a call the day before my appointment as a friendly reminder. I was greeted by Summer ( their awesome receptionist ) and seen immediately. The doctor listened to my concerns as we reviewed my charts and bloodwork. She asked questions and made suggestions. I must say that I truly enjoyed my doctors visit and my prescriptions were called in to the pharmacy before I got to my car."

"Easily one of the best PCPs and clinics in the area. Had quite a few serious problems that I had trouble seeking care for in the past, but building a relationship with Dr. Naseem and the staff here has certainly transformed my attitudes towards PCPs. Everyone I have interacted with has shown genuine care and commitment to the health of myself and my family and I only wish that I had made the decision to come here sooner. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a PCP for themselves/their loves ones or anyone that has had trouble building trust due to rough experiences in the past."
