"I would just like to say that I personally would not recommend this place to anyone my mother is here now and she made multiple complaints about the service she is getting, she has been doin most of everything On her own as in showering getting up. trying to change her sheets ect. And I have been trying to to call the nurse desk and check on how she is doing and yesterday I called 11 times. And wen I tryt to speak with a nurse no one picks up and im over seas in South Korea defending the U.S constitution and stressing about my mother and I believe giving the circumstances the Nurses there definitely need more training because when I do my job I do it effectively and maintain professionalism and integrity. Definitely an and unsatisfactory establishment"
"Absolutely horrible, after open heart surgery my mom I felt was neglected at this facility-They would make her wait 20/30 minutes before taken her to bathroom And sometimes she would urinate on herself and be humiliated. She sat up a terrible UTI and complained about burning and they would not test her until they found blood in her urine. She did have one tech that was good to her there. I had her transferred after 13 days of this."
"Absolutely terrible. My father was transferred there several days ago and his service has been nothing but terrible. No amount of phone calls or complaints does anything. Also, I have been trying to contact the president, Alex Paley, but the phone number listed doesn’t seem to work, how convenient. Do not send anyone here!"
"Everyone that works here are very nice and have taken very good care of me. They are very professional and I don’t have any complaints PT and Occupational therapy are all very professional and have prepared me to go home earlier than planned. The food could be a bit better but the tea is perfect. The lunch room tries to not give you food you don’t like but sometimes there are people like me that are way to picky. Everyone in the lunch room are very nice and try to make you happy. Thank you everyone that cared and took care of me. I really appreciate it. Also, thank you for suggesting to me I stay longer because I wasn’t ready to come home. Sheri"
"My mother went in Capstone walking with a cane and using the bathroom on her own. One month later, when I picked her up she could not walk and wore diapers. I was totally shocked! They told me that in rehab mom was "doing well with a walker." That was a lie. Phone calls NEVER returned. They had one cordless phone for the entire facility so I could talk to my mom through the window due to the virus but my mom's room was too far away from the phone base so there was no reception. I complained multiple times and was told it would be fixed but of course it never was. I could go on and on. They never explained anything to me. This was a new experience for me. I knew nothing. In my opinion it's a part of their job to help the family understand the process of how things work. They never bothered to do so. I wrote mom's name on all of her clothing, toiletry items-every single item that I put in her suitcase. There were multiple clothing items that belonged to mom missing and there were items in there that did not belong to mom. There was even a bill from a cable company that was addressed to a man??? I took all of these items back but didn't get mom's things back. At that point I was so sick of them that I just let it go. It would take pages to write everything. I was devistated that I allowed my mom to be in their care. I'll never forgive myself even though I didn't know then what I know now. It breaks my heart. It's not about the care. It's about keeping the beds filled. It's about the money. I'm sure there are some employees there that do care but our experience was only a bad one."
