"Allstate itself is a vey good company. As I do feel welcomed when walking in don’t let that fool you. After 30+ years , day by day you get to know your insurance company more and more! Mr. Rice as well as Tammy has an fake image to maintain which results in poor communication,lack of knowledge,poorly keeps up with documentation, the list could go on. Proof to back it as well! Disloyal actions is at its all time high at that location. Steer clear. I wouldn’t say Allstate as a whole but this location. After 30+ years I’m now paying cheaper elsewhere and very pleased and comfortable with the individual(s) handling all my insurance needs."

"I had an account with this agency from 2005 until we moved across the country last May. It was mostly a good experience overall but when I did not pay my final bill of $37..40 on time, they turned me over to a debt collector. This was really disappointing to me. I would have thought that after being a customer for so many years, they could have made the effort to contact me personally to resolve this. Besides moving cross country and having my life turned upside down, my mother was declining due to cancer and I was a bit preoccupied. Nobody else turned me over to a debt collector. So, like I said, very disappointing."
