"3 appointments, my wait time combined was 7 1/2 hours. Dr Sherril, should of already retired, he was telling my MRI was unremarkable, I attempted to tell him that was my 2015 MRI not my 2023. When I asked him about the toxicity that showed up in my brain scans he said they would have to do a autopsy to tell me why. Refused to discuss that, brain lesion or psuedotumor. Having multiple things that came up on my MRI, he said it was as good as it could get. Every visit he refused to answer direct questions. He complained in last appt that he didn't like charts online that he was too old for them, which explains why he appears to have accessed my wrong MRI. I had to tell him 3 times what medications i was on because he kept asking me if I was taking something that was back 3 years ago. I repeated all 5 medications and when i told him I was getting frustrated because he was not listening or playing attention he said he was getting frustrated too. He has obviously giving up on patients care and is not an affective Dr. He needs to go ahead and retire because it appears it's all about the money and nothing about the patient. I walked out of the appt and said i would never return which he replied someday I'll be sorry... i luckily recorded the entire appt and I am in the process of filling complaints against him thru prisma and the medical board. Even tho he told me it was as good as it could get, in his letter thru my chart he stated I needed to see another neurologist for needed continued care? If you can not or incapable of caring for your patients, then it's time to stop practicing."

"I really hate that some of these people leaving reviews have had such bad experiences, I do. But i have been going to the Clemson office for over 5 years and have never had any problems. I saw Dr. Baxley initially for nerve conduction testing for carpul tunnel. I fell in love with him immediatly! He's so professional and kind with such a caring bedside manner. That was actually 13 yrs ago. I returned when i developed peripheral neuropathy. I initially saw Dr. Baxley again for him to assess me but since he was so booked all the time, they ask if it was ok if i started seeing Trudy Lovejoy, NP. Of course i was fine with it because i trusted Dr. Baxley. And i was right to do so because she is amazing!! She got me on the right meds and kept on til dosage was right to relieve my pain. Now she also treats me for my migraines. She quickly ordered scans to rule out\ identify the problem and again worked about meds til found the right one. She's always so very polite, kind, thoughtful, and helpful. She doesn't rush me out like a lot of drs do. She listens to me and my concerns. She is great!!! Everyone there has always been nothing but kind and helpful to me since day one. They promptly return calls. Like all offices do nowadays, the nurse calls you back normally if its a Dr question call. But Ive hardly ever had any issues getting an answer when i call. Im so thankful i found and have them!! They're all amazing!!"
