"I had a very positive experience at AnMed Clemson - my first time going there for urgent care. Having booked an appointment online (highly recommend) there was some fluctuation on the timing (which I expected being an urgent care facility), I waited just over an hour to see a doctor. I received text updates leading up to my appointment time that clarified my wait time - helpful! The sign in process was friendly, professional, expedient. Sitting in the waiting area (wearing a mask is required) it was not crowded, though there were some walk-ins; everyone was treated with courtesy and respect. Theresa, the nurse, was wonderful - calm, understanding, clearly communicating next steps, and friendly. My examination by the doctor was thorough, and I felt seen and heard; I was given options for treatment, tests, etc. I highly recommend AnMed Clemson if you are in need of urgent care."
