"Had an appointment at 4:45. I was taken back to the room around 5 and then sat in the room until about 6:10 before anybody walked in to start the exam. What is the point of making time specific appointments if they don't matter anyways. I will only use AnMed if it's a EXTREME emergency. DO NOT RECOMMEND"
"Lady at front talked over me several times then told me to calm down..interrupted me several times ..I speak loud anyway ..so normal tone. But so far everything bad i have heard about this place is true ..the people suck ..then thos lady starts talking trash while I'm walking away...first experience with anmed...and unless yall step it up I don't see reason to come back..hell my damn pcp is from you guys I regret this decision to come here ..should have went to prisma"
"This is the second pitiful experience I have had at this Urgent Care and will not be back. The first time I called ahead because my boys were sick to see if I needed to reserve spots for each of them since they would be spread out and need three slots. I was told no take one and we will take them at once. I got there and was treated rudely by the front staff. They refused to honor what I was told and instead saw one and made me wait 4 hours for the others. Today was the worst experience. I went in at 5pm with chest pain and the front desk promptly told me they had stopped taking patients since they close at 6pm. I said please ask the doctor as I am in pain and need my heart checked and drove an hour to get here. She refused and told me to leave and go to the ER. I pressed on to see if I could at least be checked because it’s a little far to go back to the hospital and she was unbelievable snappy and rude even rolling her eyes. She finally got a nurse when I told her that’s it’s illegal to not offer any help to someone in an emergency. They took vitals but refused to see me, did not offer assistance to get me medical help, and told me to leave. I was in there alone! What if I died trying to get medical help? This place should be shut down. This is how patients die. Thank you for being the most uncaring, rudest, and unprofessional urgent care I have ever seen. I worked in urgent care for most of my life and people like this is part of why I finally quit. Your unethical and these practices could lead to harm for your patients coming there needing help."
"Before I begin this experience is not mine but a close friends. To start off the front desk people are not coherent or reasonable at all. It took 3+ hours to be seen by a terrible doctor. “Dr. Siddiqi” scares and treats her patients like they don’t matter. She is a terrible communicator and leaves patients feeling uneasy and nervous about what is going on. Telling patients the truth about conditions is vital but delivering it in a non professional and unclear way is totally unacceptable. If you want a judge free clinic with people who understand how to communicate clearly and reassure their patients I would not recommend AnMed. Good luck."
"I can assure you my son won't be back. He saw Dr. Jackson and someone over there needs to learn how to code properly. Anesthesia of skin???? You thought you put his skin to sleep??? They would not recode and Blue Cross would not pay. College boy spent too much time trying to get it straightened out. Paid the $275. Oh - and it's apparently not carpal tunnel and compartment syndrome at age 25. A chiropractic adjustment gave immediate feeling back in his hands and forearms."
