AFC Urgent Care Bon Secours - Easley 5208 Calhoun Memorial Highway, Easley, SC 29640

"I walked in around 1:00 pm for a work physical and TB test. Two women at the front desk were extremely rude and did not have a good bedside manner. As I approached the window an older woman with short teased brown hair practically yelled at me and said NO NEXT WINDOW! I'm a brand new patient how was I supposed to know? No sign to indicate such. A younger woman who who was very petite with big round glasses and blonde hair then immediately explained how they couldn't take anymore patient's because they would close in 1 hour. This young woman was also very rude in the way she talked down to me as if I ruined her day by walking through the door. I had just walked up to the front desk... And was immediately greeted with a sour attitude for zero reason. I went up the road into powdersville at their other location and had a better experience over there. Is this really how you let the medical assistants treat the patients? It makes people feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I didn't mind that you closed the Easkey location early. But I didn't appreciate being talked down to whenever I came in the office being polite."

"When I schedule appointments they are never in the computer system. I have to wait hours for a drug test. Even when they find my appointment they let others for drug tests in front of me because they got there a minute before me. They need a better manager. I always hear how short staffed they area"

"I was the last appointment of the day. I was terribly ill with COVID. The physician saw me about 10 minutes and faxed over the rxs to my pharmacy. The pharmacy was closed and apparently they didn’t bother to check. I had to wait over 12 hours to get rx support. The provider wrote me a note saying I would return to work in 5 days but the note was written for four. When I called back to have it corrected they said I would have to pay to see another provider to have it corrected. I do not remind this place for quality health care"

"What's sad, is I gave them 5 stars last year. I had to take that 5 star away and give them a 1. The changes in that office are horrible! NEVER in my life, will I going back to urgent care in Easley! Since the change, I couldn't make appointment online. Had to wait til they opened and would just put me in line. Almost 5 hours!! Still didn't get seen and we saw walk-in after walk-in go ahead of us. Not emergencies either, even a drug test when ahead of us."

"First rate experience at this AFC Urgent care today. Online registration was simple and got appointment quick. Paula the receptionist took great care and even got me in a bit earlier then my schedule time. Service of medical staff of Tracey and Talia could not have been better or faster. I left feeling this was a good experience rather then a pain."
