"It is stressful for everyone involved. Thanks for taking care of my babe. Very professional."
"I wish I was able to to give more stars!! My son came in with a fever, the staff were really helpful. I have 4 children and I’ve been to the ER a lot but nurses Cali and Eric were both awesome and did everything to make my son feel comfortable. It is really appreciated and it didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you so much for that and Chloe, who was the first doctor that came in, was awesome as well. Please continue to give our kids experiences like this. We appreciate it!!!!"
"We have to come here a couple of times a year for breathing treatments due to asthma/colds. The staff is SO nice and SO helpful. I can’t say enough good things and I’ve been coming here since the children’s emergency room opened. I just HATE the construction and the signs are bad at directing. I did leave my vehicle at the curb the last time we came though and we didn’t get towed so small miracles."
"Took my 3 yo here because of a possible asthma attack. He was short of breath, his breathing and heart rate were very high. The woman at reception listened to his chest and got us checked in. Less than 5 minutes later, we were being called to go the back. He had to have a breathing treatment with an albuterol nebulizer and he HATED the mask, so I had to hold him in my lap and hold him down while he screamed. The staff was extremely helpful in calming him down and helping to keep me calm as well. They were very informative of everything they were doing, every step of the way. They even brought him a stuffed animal to help him be brave, and they also brought him and his little brother a popsicle. Unfortunately we were on vacation, visiting Tybee Island. If we lived in the area this would HANDS DOWN be my first choice of ERs for my kids!"
"I can’t say enough good things about this ER. We brought our child in with a high fever, and she was seen almost immediately. All staff from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctors were kind, caring, and so knowledgeable. They made us feel safe and treated our daughter so amazingly. I feel beyond grateful to have this ER nearby!"
