"Donation Pickup- Attempted to call in for a donation pick up, but was referred to s website. Most charities can process the pickup over the phone. I thought that is quite an inconvenience to a person who wants to donate an item. Went to the website. The website asked many questions. There was an option to send a picture of the items donated. This is totally ridiculous. Why should a person that is donating, have to assist in screening your potential organization items, after answering questions about the donation already online? No other charity does. Since I did not provide a photo as an option, I was emailed back, to include a picture of my donated items. No more of my time will be wasted. . I decided to donate my items to another organization. There was no hassle, and was provided a pick up date. Your organization just lost beautiful furniture and nice clothing, because of your micromanaging of items that are giving from the heart. It should be easier to donate. A lot of people sell their items online for money. I did not."
