"Edit 2.1.24: Got a Diamond Care Rep on the phone and I quote, "The threads of the couch coming apart are not serviceable as a part of your care plan." Purchased a couch early last year, 2022. After taking 6 months to get to us we were excited to have it. We noticed issues starting around 4 months but they were small. Those grew to ripped seams and fabric nicks all over. We've had it for 1.5 years and it looks much older. We purchased the diamond care services as we have small kids and expected accidents to happen but its coming apart at the seams from normal use, nothing to do with kids. Claims filing was easy enough online but you can't contact anyone to ask questions. All lines are recordings and direct you back online with no help. Our claim was rejected *edit*due to being outside the 30 limit. We reported the item when we notice larger tears happening but submitted the date as when we noticed the first tear happen on the cushion. Ashley won't file manufacturer's warranty and they cannot help with Diamond either, just keep referring us to Diamond care policy. We've bought from Ashley plenty before but this is the first time we've needed to get help after a purchase so pretty let down."
