"Edited: 1/30/24 Absolutely the best experience picking out frames I've ever had. I took up a LOT of their time hemming and hawing and trying specific frames over and over and over. They never once made me feel bad about it and I sincerely appreciate their patience. I will definitely be back. Edit: Let me be crystal clear: Every single person I came in contact with in this office was patient and nice to me and everyone else I saw them interact with. To the lady having the fit: Ma'am, you might be going through something, but that doesn't give you the right to lie about others and pitch fits when you don't get your way. Maybe if you focus more on what's going on in your own world instead of trying to ruin others' you'll have a better life."
"Really had a tough time deciding whether or not to leave this review because Dr. Michael Morabito is a five star professional, but after two very uncomfortable front desk experiences in a row that were handled with no compassion or customer care, this review is a must. The Regina George of the two mean girls behind the desk is chock full of attitude & is very impatient. In both situations, I was treated as if I were incompetent fool. The older tyrant of the keyboard was hateful,face full of disgust and was very cold telling me I had no valid insurance and discount card both instances. I did, and I currently do. I had to call insurance and wait an hour 1/2 the first incident only for my insurance to convince the hateful front desk scary lady that in fact, I did. She barely had the patience for blue cross blue shield! She was snappy with the insurance agent as well. She reluctantly ran my insurance and didn’t apologize, she just said aloud,”Your insurance is about to run out in a week.” So rude. The second instance, I came in today for a new prescription and uncomfortable dry eye syndrome. The two salty tyrants who apparently struggle with power & control in their own personal lives, were almost tickled pink to tell me yet again, I had no active insurance or discount card. They said they could give me “three minutes max to figure it out”. Zero compassion or kindness. Just flat,”This is what our computer says, you’ll have to self pay.” I don’t understand why upon checking in these people don’t CALL TO INFORM ME THEIR SYSTEM IS INCORRECT and that I NEED TO CHECK MY INSURANCE BEFORE ARRIVAL!!!! I tried calling beforehand on both occasions, but no one EVER answers the phone. I left and checked my discount card & insurance, it’s active. The insurance/discount said they would speak to the office, but I declined. No matter how amazing Dr. Michael Morabito is, his front desk staff is THE WORST!!!!!!! If you wanna be greeted & treated as though you a filthy peasant before and after your eye exam, this is the place for you. I can’t believe the hatefulness,snarkiness,coldness,impatience and overall disrespect the front desk exudes. Terrible customer service. Never again will I recommend this place. I think these women either hate their jobs or their personal lives. They should not be set free into the world interacting with other humans. Kindness really does matter, you never know what others are going through- and quite often, it’s a lot. Acts of kindness change lives and relieve suffering. These women lack empathy and need some therapy."

"Edited 2/17/23: My original appointment was 12/30/22. I ordered glasses and was told they would be ready in 7-10 days. When the doctor told me that these glasses could/should help with the chronic migraines I’ve been fighting most of my life, I was very optimistic. As of today, I still do not have my glasses. I have had to call/email at least 10 times and have yet to be provided with an estimated date of arrival. After the first few weeks, I was told that they were lost, a replacement was ordered, but they weren’t given a promissory date. This was 3 weeks ago. I am completely displeased with the lack of client care and communication. Being someone who has worked in customer service in every aspect, I have no idea how this place has stayed in business. My initial appointment was pretty wonderful as you can tell from my original review below, but every interaction since has just been increasingly frustrating. 12/30/22: Amazing experience! From the front desk staff, the amazing nurse, the doctor and finally the wonderful woman that helped me pick out my glasses, everyone was exceptional. Highly recommend this practice for all of your eye care needs!"
