"I needed to get my e-bike running off again due to an off alignment defective rear derailleur problem which caused my chain to be out of aligned. No where else to goto but found this bike shop on grand ave and I was impressed with their service. I will be going to them for now on. Fantastic job on replacing my derailleur shift gear the other night. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs to have their bikes repaired. The fees are reasonable. "Best bicycle shopping experience! I bought my first 'new' bike from Grand Bicycle Center. Since I had to go to work on Thursday, Arturo helped me get my bike ready on Wednesday even after closing time. He didn't rush at all and took time explaining about the features of the bike and took time adjusting the saddle multiple times to make it a great fitting. By the time fitting and adjustments were done, it was almost an hour after the closing time. I was so excited and left my Di2 charger at the store which he called me and waited for me in the store so I can pick it up. Impeccable customer service by Arturo and I will recommend this shop to all my friends!!"
