"We were looking for an full size women's (step-thru) e-bike, with a small frame, a pull-out battery that is integrated with the frame, and not overly heavy. We had already stopped at another store which could meet some of our specs, but not all. So, when we got to Mr. C's Cycles, we were hoping to find maybe one bike that met our needs. We found several. Mr. C's Cycles had a large selection of e-bikes on two separate floors and my wife was happy to have a choice. Their staff were friendly and they double-checked all of the cables, screws, and adjustments before the bike left the door. Overall, it was a great experience."
