I would've rated the experience 5 stars, but the lady at the front desk (behind the glass) took her sweet time to check me in and never even spoke a word to me."

"Twice now the elderly lady that makes appointments failed to cancel and reschedule an appointment for my disabled wife. Today we went in and were immediately met with “you’re wrong we’re right” attitude. No chance they missed it in their end even though her OBGYN appointment is always scheduled with the mammogram and no problems there. Worse than that they called a Sheriff deputy out on us. It was clear how silly he felt being there and, out of respect to his position, we just cooperated and moved on. If there were any possible way to give these people - and that receptionist in a particular - less than “one star” I’d give it. She does not deserve to be employed in a position that will often require empathy. Period."
