I noticed other review mirroring mine: if you are a student requiring screening from your school, you are in a pickle because you aren't going to get info from these Quest people. "Was a little irritated and annoyed by one of the ladies who works here today. She first calls a name I thought was mine ( her voice was very very soft) but by the time I got in the room and sat down and handed her my paper work she goes “I didn’t call your name”. I apologized and didn’t really get a response back as she just seemed to be annoyed by that small inconvenience which kinda bothered me but oh well I just moved on so I go back out and wait she then calls my name and I go back she then asks for my ID of course my luck I left it at the clinic (40 min away) that I had JUST left as I proceed to tell her that she doesn’t respond back to me (once again) just moves on to prepare me to draw blood. I continue to tell her i am sorry and being apologetic just to continue to still be ignored as if she didn’t care (which is cool but cmon) . After that she tells me to use the bathroom and etc and what to do with the cup. Okay cool, i didn’t really hear her bc of her voice being super soft but honestly didn’t wanna ask what she had just said because she looked that bothered. I go do that and she moves on to the next patient already so by the time I got out of the bathroom she was with someone else and at this point she’s loudly speaking to me from her office (that a new patient is in already) trying to tell me what she had already told me which I still don’t hear her because now she’s just loudly speaking from her office and idk it was just honestly embarrassing because why are we having this much mis communication over a cup to pee in! At that point I just left the cup there and walked out. If you can’t even communicate properly this is NOT the job for you. If you’re having a typical ehh Monday morning well guess what hunny so am I !! A little goes a long way. The attitude should have been left at home or you should have been left at home! Will never come to this place again and or recommend it to anybody !"

"Maps took me to WALMART. I had to call, only to find out that it is located inside WALMART. Most Quest locations have a screen to let CUSTOMERS know how long the wait will be. Plan to wait a long time, even though waiting room is empty. Quest should do an undercover boss at this location."

"Several people diss this place. I have nothing but good things to say about the tech checking me in and drawing my blood. Got there early and was done well before my appointment time. I am a heart transplant who does monthly blood work and this "vampire" was the best I've seen in a long time. If I was local I would be back."
