They took time to listen to the patient and answer questions of any concerns and inform the patient of the projected time frame for test result. Granted, an ultrasound is not one of those “Hallmark Moments ” however, these ladies made the experience a little more pleasurable despite the pain I was in. In addition, scheduled appointment time and wait time to be seen were right on point. Hands down, the best facility in Augusta!"
