"2/8/24 My wife and I took my mother to get some new clothes and found a few items she liked. she had searched several other stores with no luck, Everyone at JC PENNY that we had contact with smiled and were very helpful, especially the young man who directed us to the brands of clothing she was looking for. and when checking out, my mother's card had an issue causing it not to work. These two wonderful ladies called the card company and helped my mother get it straightened out right there on the spot and opened another register so the customers be hind us wouldn't have to wait, They were very polite, patient, and helpful."
