"I visited GA Nails TODAY with hopes of a pleasant experience. While the nail technicians who worked on my hands and feet did a great job, I unfortunately encountered issues with the main manager or owner, a lady seated at the front left when you are walking in. It became apparent that she had a negative attitude towards someone else, and when it was my turn for a fill on ONE NAIL, she seemed to take out her frustration on me and just did ANYTHING! He literally ALREADY HAD THE NAIL SHAPED! I paid a significant amount, $143, just days before Valentine's Day, as my partner kindly gave me the money for a special nail treatment. However, the end result was disappointing and unattractive due to the lack of care shown by the manager. Despite the technician having already shaped my nails, she refused to provide the necessary attention and effort needed to make her portion presentable. It is incredibly disheartening and frankly disgusting to witness such disregard for customers who willingly spend their hard-earned. People often go to the salon after a long day at work, seeking relaxation and quality service while still in their uniforms. It is truly disappointing to be met with such subpar customer service. The incident raises concerns about the overall professionalism and values of certain establishments. It is evident that some places do not value their customers' hard-earned money or prioritize their satisfaction. Instead, they are quick to direct their frustrations towards innocent individuals, like myself, who were simply seeking a satisfactory experience. The lack of accountability shown by the manager is truly disconcerting. It is highly likely that she provided the proper service to the person with whom she had an issue, leaving me, the unsuspecting customer who had already spent hours at the salon, to bear the consequences of her unprofessional behavior. To make matters worse, despite the unsatisfactory outcome, I was still charged the full amount of $143. Such conduct raises serious questions about the integrity and professionalism of businesses that fail to understand how to conduct themselves properly. I feel compelled to share my experience as a cautionary tale to others seeking salon services because TOMORROW I have to go ANOTHER SALON AND PAY ANOTHER NAIL TECHNICIAN BECAUSE SHE MADE MY NAIL SO UGLY!!! Customers especially Military clients deserve to be treated with respect, fairness, and attentiveness. It is unfortunate that GA Nails failed to provide these necessary qualities, and I urge potential customers to consider whether such a place truly values their patronage."

"GA Nails is an Amazing salon. The wait is never more than 2 minutes and the technicians are the best. My pedicure was so pleasant that I went to sleep. He was so gentle and caring. I let him choose the color because he was that good. There is never any pressure to purchase more than you want. They ask you what services you want and never say eyebrows to make your bill higher. They hand you a menu of services and let you choose and that's it. Plain good people. They care about the people not the money which is why the people keep coming back."

"Were should I start.. First when you come here you become family. Everyone remember your name and who comes with you. That along speak value. Now the services is the best.. Ms. Mary give the best pedicures. She take her time no rushing just very attentive. Along with the rest of the staff. Rosie and Tony are the best create a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere that I love. You must experience it for yourself."

"I love getting my manicure and pedicure done at GA Nails. Rosie is always detailed with her work. I can show Rosie a picture of a nail design from social media and without hesitation she executes and design it just like the picture. The entire staff at GA Nails is always pleasant and a delight to see at each visit. I would highly recommend getting your nails and other spa services done here."

"I was traveling and needed my nails done. I called and asked if they had appointment for the next day. They did. They got me in and did a nice job on my nails. They removed old dipped nails and replaced with new dipped nails! The lady was polite. I'm good to go until I get home."
