"I was very pleased with the customer service. The technician arrived on time and did a great job on the carpets and stairs. Definitely worth the price. Would give five stars but I wasn't able to get a splatter stain off of the wall that was just painted. Otherwise great job, would recommend!"

"Had an appointment for 10am-12pm block, I spoke with someone that was supposed to get an ETA. It’s now 1:16pm no call, no show. Took off from work and furniture moved. UNPROFESSIONAL!"

"I called this company around 1:30pm and ask did they have availability today, the lady told me yes we do and that the tech will be here between 2-4. Well 4pm came no show, no call so I called them back around 4:20 something and the same lady answered the phone and said let me see what's the ETA of the driver and I will call you right back. Now it's 4:50pm and the phone is going straight to voicemail. Like y'all couldn't do it, you could have let me know. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED A CALL. THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THEM !!!!!!!! LACK OF COMMUNICATION SKILLS."

"Before I even began, allow me to share that I actually work for DHEC in environmental control, I am thoroughly aware of MOLD, MILDEW, to include ASBESTOS...my husband called and scheduled an appointment for carpet cleaning service (I have never heard of this company before then) on a Tuesday, that were re-scheduled with them the following Saturday May 1st, as we had a prior engagement; why I even allowed them to service us (with this company unbeknownst to me) is a complete regret. Our service technician, whom later informed me after a call of my concern; stated that he was part owner and that HE were the one that actually performed the (attempted) carpet cleaning service. This gentlemen left a puddle of standing water in every room that he cleaned; it were only after I spent an additional TWO HOURS using our home windtunnel vacuum that I were able to vacuum up 8 whole canisters of water...8!!! Mind you, I did not read the reviews on said company as I allowed my husband to schedule the service and trust that he were told they do a good job; or something to the effort that they were a good cleaning service for carpet cleaning. The part owner (tech) took all of 30 mins to just practically put a lot of water on my floor , yet he did not vacuum it up, he also told us that we could actually walk over our floors after 30 mins of his departure. We sat in our garage for at least 40 mins after his departure only to return to the inside of our house and walk into a swamp of sort. My plan the entire time were to vacuum (with my house vacuum) back over his work, but little did I know I would end up vacuuming for 2 hours in an attempt to retrieve as much water from my floors as possible as I were quite concerned about mold, mildew and or the potential smell of distilled water in our home. I called the following Monday; spoke with a Tina who had the tech (one of the bothers/part owner) call me back to tell me that we should have waited an hour and a half before entering our house (are you kidding me) and that he used steam to clean our carpets (that he were offended) that I kept saying water...HOWEVER it were NOT STEAM that I vacuumed up, but water instead!! Opposed to allowing me to share with him that it could have been that his equipment were faulty and that I were not, in no way; attempting to demean his character; as he himself were nice, I just wanted to make him aware that I spent an additional two hours with vacuuming my entire house from water that were left on my floors. He just kept telling me how did I want to result this as he didn't want to dispute what I were saying, so you want to just rush me off the phone as to not hear that I am attempting to explain, And what really fuels me, is that I shared with him during our conversation; and him calling himself "educating" us on floor cleaning etc. that I had Stanley Cleaner come out when we purchased the house just a short 3 years ago and he had the audacity to compare them (G&S) with Stanley Steamer and state they do the same thing it's just Stanley Steamer been around a little longer. No sir, your equipment is bad and you leave water on household carpet floors that will have to vacuumed up after you depart, so technically I did all the work you just placed a great amount of water on the floor. That would contribute to the difference between you and Stanley Steamer. Please NOTE, I will not be using this company ever again be it at my home and certainly not my office NOR will I share with any family or friends to use them, if they have a need for carpet cleaning service; I'd rather call a name I know and trust, and in this case it would be Stanley Steamer and decline on the so called education of floors and just trust that the end result will be satisfactory and that I would not have to work an additional two hours after the service has been completed.
