"My daughter and her husband were moving out of their home and wanted to use their this company, and this is what happened to them. DO NOT BOOK! I booked Eliteness Cleaning Maid Service of Columbia Move out clean, which includes the items listed below. They do not value your TIME or money! They gave a 2 hour arrival window and still showed up 20mins after the time. Things that the crew didn't do: proper vacuuming, dusting of the ceiling fan, wiping of the windowsills upstairs, dusting of cobwebs. They offered to come back the next day @2. At 3 I reached out to them, to then be informed @4 they wouldn't be able to come until 430-530...they didn't show up until almost 6. Eliteness Cleaning Maid Service seemed to have no issue that they have me sitting and waiting in an empty house for hours. When asked for some compensation(ie partial refund) for my trouble (the constant tardiness and thoroughness of the initial clean), I was told no and that I would habe to wait for them to finally make their way back out. My husband vacuumed behind them and had a full canister of dust/dirt. Icing on the cake...I was called a black Karen because I informed the company of things that were either not done or was subpar."

"I scheduled a Move-out clean. I really wanted to give this company 5 stars, they offered to come back out to fix the issues, so I waited on giving them there review. They were not on time even with a 2 hour arrival window they were stil 20 minutes late. When my husband and I looked over the work done upstairs, we were not pleased. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed well, all baseboards weren't wiped, blinds hadn't been dusted(until asked), ceiling fan hadn't been cleaned, there were still water marks on the bathroom mirrors, hair still on bathroom counter. When we informed them about the things we noticed, the gentleman Tony went right to make the corrections, the 2nd lady was very hesitant on going back to make corrections. Still somethings were left unsatisfactory even after correction. And at this point the 2nd lady had left and went to sit in the car. I called the company after they left to let them know of the things still missed and they informed me that I shouldn't have signed off on the service and should've kept telling the cleaners about what was wrong. They then agreed to send the same workers back out the next day at 2pm to fix things. At 3:55pm (almost 2 hours after the original arrival time) they changed time to 430-530. The cleaners didn't show up until almost 6pm. Carolyn however did an excellent job on the kitchen, she didn't do any of the upstairs. I requested if they came back for her to do the upstairs bc i believed she would do a thorough and satisfactory job. Carolyn seemed to be the lead on this team, but because I called her supervisor about the things that weren't done to satisfactory she called me a "Black Karen". "Karen"s are ppl who cause trouble for ppl that didn't do anything wrong. I wasn't not given all the cleaning I was promised and paid for, so that doesn't make me a Karen."
