"I contracted this company through uhaul to assist my mother with a move to another apt building. I was unaware that it was an add on service. They contacted me and said they'd arrive at 10:30 on the day of service. They arrived at 10:05. My mom called me and said they didn't have a truck and I was confused. Instead of the gentleman simply explaining that I'd need to secure a truck to complete the service he was rude and yelling at me over my mother's speaker phone. I hung up and went to uhaul. My mother called me back and said he was going to leave if I wasn't there in a few minutes. I'd booked them for 2 hrs and this was at 10:15! I got the truck and called the number I had hoping to speak with someone in a managerial position but the same guy answered. I then told him that he had no reason or right to speak to me that way and he could've simply told me that I'd need to get a truck in a respectful manner. He again became combative. I hung up and took the truck to my mother's location and alerted him the truck was there. He got in my face yelling and being aggressive. He said why was I reaching in my pocket because his car is right there inferring that I had a gun! All of this was caught by a neighbor on camera and the landlady at my mother's complex is releasing the security footage to corroborate what I'm saying. I left and the crew did move all but my mothers washer and dryer because they ran out of time at 12:17. I will be releasing this footage because it made absolutely no sense how this person spoke to me or his actions. I'm not seeking a refund or anything but the behavior was deplorable. Seeing the responses to any negative reviews I doubt they'll be any resolution. Not one apology or a response of ," I apologize for your experience. Please let us know how we may better serve you in the future"....it's just allsaying how it's the customers fault. Smh."

"I hired this company a month before my move. They were to arrive between 2:30-3:30. They texted at three to say they were not sure if they would make it due to vehicle problems. I said I’d be glad to pick them up, they ghosted me. Never showed up or called. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They do not fulfill their obligations."

"OMG! These guys do not mess around! Tony and D were professional and no-nonsense; they were about handling their business! They handled my belongings with the utmost care and had a rhythm that made the move smooth. I live in a two bedroom townhouse, and I was amazed at their efficiency in handling the heavy items from upstairs. I booked the service for 4 hours, thinking it would take that much time; It only took them 2.5 hours, to be exact! And the price!????
